Project updates

purefreak - Projects Section Updated.
Update at 2008-02-27 09:47:53
Just thought I'd let you guys know that the Projects section under /About has now been updated to reflect the current situation.

The separate Brigade Projects pages under *Our Projects still needs linking to the Projects Pages though, but this will be implemented shortly.

Brigade C/O's and X/O's are still responsible for their Brigade's Project wiki. We will only keep a eye on them, to ensure they don't get too out of date again.

Regards,
purefreak.

purefreak - Current Key Focus Points...
Update at 2008-02-01 06:52:31
Hi guys... I would like to kick this project into gear. Up until now I have mostly focused on Updates and think it's about time we get busy with some enhancements.

Current areas that still need some discussion:

Activities
Our Projects
  • General Projects
  • CyberArmy Academy Projects
  • Privacy Commission Projects
  • Open Source Institute Projects
  • Special Operations and Security Projects
  • Services and Support Projects
Please take a look at the above mentioned wiki pages.
I propose we either remove all the individual wiki pages and only use OurProjects... or we skim OurProjects down to a simple explanatory page and then try and keep the individual project wikis up to date. I do however feel /Projects currently serves the same purpose though.
Please post any ideas under the Wiki Thread on the CAPR Forum.

Also the Quick History page needs some serious work. I think it's time we start bugging the very old folk and get some war stories out of them... heh.

As for enhancements, I would like all of you to think about a possible unified layout for all wiki pages. Over the last few months, quite a few things were added to the wiki code and we now have quick url links and email links working on all pages. I suggest we start utilizing these as best we can. Once again... any ideas or suggestions or issues of concern, should be posted under the Wiki Thread on the CAPR Forum, or sent to me via cMs.
