Open Leadership Forum

The aim of this project is to enable the leaders of our community to discuss the leadership issues they face every day and help each other find the best solution(s). Additionally it is aiming to create a permanent record of the leadership knowledge and experience within the community in an attempt to create a training and reference tool.

SAJChurchey - New Leader needs New Blood

I've returned to CyberArmy with the express purpose of seeing this project through to completion. All of the time I will be spending on CA will be spent organizing or completing the project wiki. After the wiki is completed, the OLF will become an ongoing service and learning project devoted to leadership education within CyberArmy.

Members of the project that have never participated in the project towards wiki development (discussion or submissions) will be purged from the membership list. If you are interested in remaining in the project, send me a cMS with your intentions and start participating.

Significance

I have believed very strongly in this project from the very beginning. CyberArmy is a volunteer-based organization, and a lot of times we do not have adequate resources. The leaders within this organization need to know how to best manage these scarce resources and to keep their projects and brigades on a productive track towards completion.

The purpose of the Open Leadership Forum was to create a forum for the discussion of leadership topics and to begin a knowledgebase on which all of CyberArmy's leadership knowledge is kept and built upon.

Recruitment

We need members who have leadership experience either within CyberArmy or within a business or non-profit setting. The primary trait we are looking for in members is experience. This is a discussion group first and foremost. We will compile articles for the wiki from points brought up in discussion in addition to reference materials. If you are interested in participating in the project or discourse, please send me a cMS.
