Foreign Language Institute

The Foreign Language Institute (FLI) is in charge of translating the Academy's classes (class logs), tutorials and other written material into a variety of languages. This way people who's mother tongue is not English can still learn from what the Academy produces. To join this project, you must have a good knowledge of the English language and of a second ('foreign') language. If you are interested in joining this group or want more information about the language skills involved, please get in touch with the project leader.

Hi all,

Sorry for not giving you all the right information. I was not clear so here is the information you will need for your work.

By now you have two weeks for translating one article. Its better to translate the big and high quality articles first instead of the small ones. You can finish the article you working on now.

Hello all,

I have taken over this project and before we can move further we need to clear up some problems.

First of all its important to know who is still willing to work in this project. If you are not interested anymore please let me know. Next to that, people who do not respond to this message will be discharged from FLI.
Secondly I want to index which languages you master. Only the language(s) you can work with on a high level and not the couple of words you learned on your holidays in Mexico last year.
In my last point I wan to set some goals for this project group. Depending on how big the group will be, FLI has to translate a certain ammount of articles each week. Probably between the 3-7 articles.

So please let me know what you all think. If you do not reply to this message you will be discharged. Hope to hear from you all.
