New addition to /staff (11/02)
General adtrace noted that the /staff wiki (which contains information for Staff members) needed some updating as there was not much there. Several Staff members contributed and it's now looking great.
Condor191 on short LOA (11/03)
Condor191 announced a short LOA due to moving to a new place. He returned a couple of days later after having successfully moved into his new abode. (ed: Hope you're enjoying your new pad buddy ;) set up that bar of yours so some of us CA'ers can pop over for a drink.)
Multimedia Design Forum (11/06)
Kernel Fu requested that a ‘Graphics & Design Forum' be created. Because there are so many dead forums out there, it was requested that a poll be conducted first to see how much the new forum would be used. The poll showed that the forum would be used, and it has since been created and met with success.
Treasury update (11/11)
General adtrace wondered if there had been any change to the treasury balance as it had been a while since the last update.
Marshal booto requests to come out of retirement (11/14)
Retired Marshal booto requested to come out of retirement this month. Vice-CinC wa1800z noted that other people had put forward similar requests. All requested were met with approval and we look forward to some excellent members making a return to the community.
Hosting (11/20)
Due to managed.com raising its prices, it was decided to move to a different host. This change might happen within a week of this Staff Digest being published, so if there is some downtime, don't get worried. Of course we still have wa1800z, so most likely you won't notice a thing.
Forum creation request (11/22)
Kernel Socrat requested a CyberArmy University (CAU) Development Forum be created to facilitate discussions about the development of the new CAU website. His request was granted and the forum has since been setup.
