Linux on Dell laptop

Cpt FantaSy

Hey,

I was recently trying to get Mandrake working on a Dell Inspiron 8000. While doing so it just couldn't recognise my screen ... That leaves me now without X. Does anyone know how to configure it well, or what the exact settings should be for an inspiron8000 ?
