CAUTION READ ALL OF THIS POST BEFORE ACTING OR YOU WILL GET BUSTED
It is actually very easy and simple to bypass SmartFilter, or SmartFilter DA Bess Edition. I found a way to do it that involves NO hacking and surprisingly LEGAL. Go to http://www.securecomputing.com/index.cfm?skey=1326#edu and scroll down to SmartFilter Administration Software download a version and use the software program to allow your sites DO NOT DISABLE ALL OF SMARTFILTER your server will detect that just add a exception for your site. Note afterwards Uninstall SMARTFILTER Administration Software and hit Ctrl-H and delete your browsing history.

Thou smart filter claims to block IP as well as URI's, if not properley configured, IP's will go straight through. If you really desperate, you can do a search on google, and click the 'cached' button, referencing the image on googles server rather than the banned server.
