It doesn't seem logical to me...a real-time conversation couldn't be encrypted and then decrypted that fast - only way I could see it working is maybe if you and the person you want to call, both dial into some sort of voice server that encrypts, but then it would only encrypt one side of the conversation from the opposite side...there's always a way to snoop.
