[ask] Can I have tutorial with these programs?

My friend gave me these tools:
- Cain & Abel;
- nmap;
- netcat;
- ipscan;
- brutus;

but I don't know how to use it. He say that those tools are powerful in networking, but I have no Idea of figuring that. Is somebody can help me?
