Alpha LtKer LouSiffer

My idiot friend got himself a nasty virus or 100 and I am having a problem fixing his computer anyone have info on how to fis the problem? I have went through the usual processes running anti-spyware programs and inti virii progs and it still persists. And yes I have googled solutions. Any help appreciated.
