First, identify the application which you are attempting to exploit. Many times the means you are looking for aren't readily available for a given piece of software. Second, you should mention why you are looking for such a thing. Very few people are in a hurry to help someone crack into an employer's system. Recognize that while you sometimes can use a general tutorial to achieve a specific end, most times you will need a more specialized tutorial in order to do a job. As you become more knowledgeable in this wide IT field, you will understand what you need and how to find it. Cheers
