So you want to start a project with CyberArmy CAIS?

Proposals should be sent to CAIS' Management Team or posted directly in the CAIS Project Coordination forum. Below are some guidelines which should be followed when requesting a project with us, and benefits:
    • Your proposal should include the project's full and short title (if decided on), a short description of the goals, and a breakdown of what's involved in your project.
    • Project areas which we may accept include:
      • Security (Network, Software and RL Security)
      • Programming (Any software product you would like to develop, including web technologies)
      • Hardware (Hardware projects can range from simple hacks, to developing an original piece of hardware+drivers/software)
    • Your project's product should be 'Free'. We support any free software license, including any BSD variants; as long as your code is open - any license should be fine.
    • You should be willing to lead the project, and put work into it; Projects which become stale will be suspended unless a reason for inactivity is announced via project news and a lot of work has been put into it.
    • By leading a project, you will become a member of the CAIS brigade where you shall receive access to a brigade for project leaders and brigade administrators. From here, you may discuss projects, request and gain access to resources and meet other project developers.
    • From your project control panel, you can request a forum. SVN access requests should be made through the CAIS Administration forum or the CAIS Project Coordination forum.
So what are you waiting for? Commission your project today, and not only receive resources and assistance for it, but become part of our community :)
