As all of you may know, CyberArmy Homeland (http://home.cyberarmy.com) is no longer allowing new accounts to be created. To help fill a gap that may have been left, Blockhouse Hosting is now offering Free Webpages. It's 2MB of storage space with a web interface and no banner ads, popups, or any sort of visitor tracking. The trade off for this is no cgi/perl/php/mp3/mpeg/avi allowed. However, we are working on added SSI extentions to add support for pre-installed web counters, guestbook, etc.
If you are interested in more options, there is always our XMB Forum and Premium Hosting packages:

We give the maximum possible discounts to CA brigade sites. As we are able to cut costs for hosting and gain more clients, we pass that savings directly back to the brigade sites. This usually results in free months per year, and we're working to improve that even more! Hopefully in the future, CA Brigade sites (at least top level ones) will be provided completely free of charge, paid for by non-brigade website clients.
