COC means Chain Of Command, doesn't it?

But anyway, yes, some old accounts were deleted or reset. You don't seem to have a /finger/, which probably means you lost your account, but this may not be the case, so forgive me if I'm wrong. Also, iirc no-one else has had their rank put back, so I wouldn't get too hopeful if I were you. You can of course earn it back via brigade work again. Welcome back to CyberArmy static4cid. :)
