you have 2 possibilities:
1) some program (proxy) running on another host outside of the firewall serving you. this will allow you to tunnel your kazaa traffic through port 80 or whatever is allowed.
"special" proxies will allow you icmp traffic instead of tcp
2) get the firewall settings changed. you need admin access to the router. have fun
