LtKer snowstorm

i have said this all along, and raised this point in morale/mod forum which generated a question about hacking and who would consider themselves to be a hacker. I would leave this, you can try to give people advice but if they dont choose to listen then it is their problem.

Personally, and i say it again, unless you are asking for something like cracks/serials mail bombers or something specific i think general hacking questions/posts should be intercepted and attended to rather than just being removed.
