Alpha 2nd Lt Zeltar

Guys im only 19 so not sure if im considered a "youth", but what brought me here in the first place is the library that used to be here, id read something in the files here or on OSI, some small snippet of code, and rush off and try and duplicate it, change it and produce better on my own, i think what needs to be done is training. Focus on teaching rather than asking "I need an expert in PERL" a new user never gets in that way so sits on the sidelines dwindling until it can find something to include itself.

Maybe someone should look into the more basic user with the interest in programming/technology/privacy/security and reach out to them, bring them into the fold.
