I don't really know what to say here without sounding trite. I remember when you were VCinC and doing all the work and keeping this place alive, and I thought you were the natural and fabulous choice for CinC. With that being said, I am sorry to hear this news, heartfelt indeed. You've done so much for this place over the years that it will be a real kicker to lose you. You're an outstanding and strong woman, with excellent leadership abilities --and I feel as if we're losing the heart of the place. I hope you'll visit from time to time, if things permit. You're a star, and don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise. Additionally, I hope that everyone is behind your choice for a replacement, as I personally am.
