  Beta Ker knoledgesponge After seeing such high levels of participation, and by high demand, promotion guidlines for Project Butterfly have been developed and implemented. 30 days of runtime will earn you a 2nd Lt promotion. 150 days of runtime will earn you a Lt promotion. 365 days of runtime will earn you a Captain promotion. --- This is the project ceiling. These guidlines only apply to white members who do not formally belong to a brigade.
