Beta Lt Goatrider

Is DD the first CinC to actually have been promoted to that position from a Vice CinC level since the com/net switchover?

I have some long term memory loss on this subject, but here are the CinC's I've been under, at various times and under various nicks (From earliest to latest), and please correct me if I'm wrong:

Overlord/Pengo (Founder)
scanjack (from VCinC, if I recall correctly, but on .com)
wa1800z (?) (if he was one, I think it was in interim, I may be imagining that though)
Chawmp (from VCinC I think actually, and perhaps the first CinC at .net?)
snarkles (From Marshal, She was the longest running CinC, iirc)
condor191 (First CinC with sered live, iirc)
DigitalDemon (from VCinC, current of course)

That's horribly screwed...be gentle...
