i hope I can get it working....

but for the life of me, I cant get any cgi-scripts to work outside of /cgi-bin

wondering whether it has been set up properly or httpd restarted?

afaik, ive set up everything so it should be working.

plan is to get 1999 cyberarmy up and running, then I can look at putting up 2002 cyberarmy with a database backend!

I'll keep trying....
