I personally think this package is absolutely the best bang for the buck. You get full hosting for less than $1.50 per domain, and resources that still sell at some hosts for more than $20 a month. No features or resources were held back in this package, and the price is as low as is possible without actually giving anything away for free. One of the other major changes is in our tech support model. If something breaks or isn't working, you expect tech support to be there, and it is. But, while other services charge a lot more, they do so because 24/7 phone support to explain to users out there that need to know how to do tasks like setting up an e-mail account costs a lot of money. Anyone needing this kind of support is encouraged to find a provider that does this. Blockhouse is geared for the user that already knows or likes to figure these things out themselves. All of our hosting packages come with an extensive, built in support and tutorial system. We just don't spend any money for guys to sit around in khakis, wearing a headset, to explain how to double click a mouse. It's a simple equation of providing the best tools, features, and help system, and not charging for the things that non-beginners don't need.
