I'm not experienced with this so I need to ask you guys 'bout it ... I bought something worth $3500 in the US with a VISA card 2 weeks ago. At that time the exchange rate was very good and converted in Euros the cost would have been around 2800-2900. Today I got a message from the person whos card it was (I'm 17y old so I cant't have a VISA yet). He told me that the bank covered the money from him today and that I had to pay him 3400 b/c the exchange rate changed. Is this correct ? Thanks, - Ciri Replies:
