bypassing a proxy....help?

anyone have any ideas to bypass a proxy? because my proxy does not allow https apparently and i need to connect with https so i can modify the control panel of my website.

i need something like anonymizer that supports https or any other method u can come up with, port redirecting doesnt work with outgoing connections, heh i already tried it.
