I'm surprised we aren't already using GA tbh.

GA is also good for seeing what search terms are used to find the website and we could use this to add to the meta tags or around the website to increase hits.

A lot of people find us via the IRC server so if we could make this more accessible/obvious on the website that would be great but making sure they find IRC through the website instead of through IRC websites which list us.

I suppose members shouldn't be worried about GA being used on the website as they would have visited websites in their browsing time on the internet which use it and be unknown to them. It's just great that you are letting them know that it is being used.
