If you head into HKEY_USERS\*FUNNY NUMBER*\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Start Page, you'll find it.

If you need to be sure which use it is, you can check these profiles in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\ProfileList\*FUNNY NUMBERS*\ProfileImagePath

You'll see the username stuck on the end of that string value ;]

Then just match the numbers =]

That should work =]
