XP Trouble /URGENT/

2nd Lt Inferno Forever

Well im not sure if this counts as an OS problem but im using XP and i surf around alot of sites. Some of these sites change the homepage addys to hacker sites for my account which is ok, but since its my uncles comp i have to be careful. He hates anything to do with the word illegal. Anyway i found out that some of them change the homepage for all users and as i do not know his password i cant get into it to change it. Any advice on how to change it? I have admin rights on the comp as does my uncle if thats of any help.
