CinC Chawmp It is possible, if you configure the router to forward the packets, leaving source address intact .. you can do this easily enough with iptables and ipfw, for example, but I don't know enough about routing in NT. Any software though that just accepts the connection and opens another to the ircd, forwarding the packets between the two, won't give the results you're looking for.
