if i'm understanding you correctly, your using XP as a gateway, with debian connected to it...? I'll continue on that assumtion.. if so, on XP, in the 'properties' of your dial-up connection, enable sharing, and set port forwarding port 80 to your debian box, which is most likly to be 192.168.0.2 or something like that...
