apache through xp

Tr acidblade

Okie dokie. I'm running apache on my Debian box, I access the internet on this through xp machine and I'm wondering is there a way that I can say have someone on the internet type in the ip addess that my isp assings me in the address bar of a broswer and add something to (don't know what, ip address of debain box or something) so that they will be able to see the website I have on debian machine.

I have probably phrased this in a way that nobody will undersand as I am stupid.
