Depends on what you're trying to do. If you mean like opening up a .pwl file and seeing the passes, don't think you're gonna find that file. From what I understand (which isn't much), each user account contains his/her own local settings. These settings are in a file that is encrypted with an MC-5 encryption that is unlocked at Startup with the correct key/pass.


If you mean changing it, that's in the Users directory in Control Panel, and you just have to type in the old one, and then the new one (kinda like changing your pass for CA). There are also a few programs out there that can find your password for you (locally).
