You might also want to look into deleting all the shit that builds up in ;

C:\Documents and Settings\YourProfileName\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

There can be a lot of clutter in there, and even a lot of "Internet File Cleaners" don't get all these files. :-)
