ViceCinC wa1800z

means your physical memory (rams) is saturated, so it starting using it's swap file (virtual memory), but even that is getting full, so it's increasing it's size. While it's increasing it's size, applications that might require memory allocation from the operating system will see their request denied.. for obvious reasons..
