I had the same problem and I fixed it in the REG open go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} and Delete the upper and lowers in the file then refresh it should fix your problem.
