add it to the registry under HKLM or HKCU (depending whether or not you want the script to run for every user on the system, if you don't have administrative privledges you might be able to add it to HKCU).

[HKCU | HKLM]\Softwre\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

I'm not sure whether or not the window will be minimized or not.
