Unbutun is actually pretty cool. My personal favorite thous would be to check this out for a FreeBSD live file system on a disk http://livecd.sourceforge.net/download.php . Shameless freebsd plug rofl what can i say i sold my boxen to a daemon lol. But serriously give them all a try find which one you like. :)
