 Lt Icydemon Ok lets do this step by step. 1. Format 2. Installatiion 3. Not having a backup... there is a 99.999% chance that you are totally screwed. I dont know how the format process works in the hardware, but this wipes all the hd of data, and leaves you with a "blank" hd (this is not exactly blank, i wont get too in depth). I dont think that the undelete progz work in your case or there is any other way to get that data back. You have wiped the hdd and that's all.
