XP Pro has a Disk Management Service in it's Administrative console, but it's a bit hairy...I'd recommend just using Partition Magic instead. If you want to give the DMS a try, right click on "My Computer", select "Manage" and then choose "Disk Management" from the Storage section of the tree on the left side of the dialog. Good luck!
