Althought I would much rather use a FreeBSD server, for some reason, my coworker is interested in using a server on Windows XP.

So, does anyone more experienced with Microsoft solutions (oxymoron?) have a recommendation for an FTP server that is secure, and effecient? (we will be having a ton of traffic).
