NTFS Partition Resizing |

I have a 20GB laptop system, running Windows XP Pro (Corporate). I formerly had it partitioned 50/50 between Windows/Linux. As most of you are aware; Linux does not yet run so great on a laptop. I decided that it would be better (never thought I would ever say this) to just run Windows on the laptop so that I have full functionality. I have a FreeBSD server and a Apple G4 to cover my Unix development needs. I do run VMware though, and I would like to use the remaining 10GB of space for my virtual machine labs, as well as just extra storage (music, video, documents, etc). What I want to do is have my NTFS partition reclaim the entire disk and overwrite the GRUB boot record. I know that I can do this with the Disk Management tool (Administrative Tools), but I have to mount the other 10GB partition in a folder or as a drive. I just want to reintegrate it with the rest of the system so I can use it anywhere. I would rather not have to use a third party partitioner (PartitionMagic, etc), and my real question is "Does anyone know a built in XP Pro tool to do this?". Otherwise, I will just use the partitioner on my Linux CD. Thanks in advance. Lieutenant Kernel Harurenu Cyberarmy Privacy Commission Advisor :: CPC X/O Replies:
