cd-key autofill ..?

when u install windows or MS office.. autocad or any other software.. it reaches a stage during the instalation that it asks u to type in ur cd-key or serial .. my q's is .... is there a way to make these cd-keys autofilled .. a patch or a tweak ... so that everytime i install a software i just click next..next ...till end of instalation?

any suggestions would be appreciated..!
