killspree is right. its not much help really but yes.. it may be secure to some degree, but remember nothing is safe. ive never actually done anything in the remote area of things but i would reccommend changing your firewall to only accept the ip you have @ work, which i assume would be static. can you make different configurations with your firewall? this would make things easy to just switch profiles when you are going to work. also ssl would be a good idea :). hope that helps a lil.
