Anyone ever used a 'hobby OS' seriously?

These include such projects as:
  • plan 9
  • OpenBeOS
  • MenuetOS
  • Syllable
  • TriangleOS
  • ReactOS
  • SkyOS
  • FreeDOS
  • DROPS
  • AROS
I was just wondering if anyone had found one that had enough functionality to be used for a variety of everyday tasks. Most are quite small so I'm thinking of getting as many as I can and putting them on a CD or two. After some testing I'll report back here and tell you guys which ones I like and why, hopefully with some good results. Anyone know of any more that I can get?
