2nd Lt whirlwind

Single floppy distro uses busybox/uClibc, includes config tutorial, you need a development system to build kernel etc for target machine.

See http://www.uclibc.org

download latest uClibc, buildroot, & busybox, also get the kernel you want to use (linux-2.4.21), your openMosix patch (if required).
