linux distro

im looking for a small linux distro that has vi, and gcc tools.... grep, cat, man would be a nice addition but i dont really care after i get vi and gcc.... i jsut got an old 486 and i was hoping to setup a minimalist linux station.... im looking for something withought X-windows..... anyone got anyhting?
