...none of them permit that kind of activity. Administrators aren't idiots, even you get a free account it will be terminated after you start portscanning(or use it illegally in other way). Portscanning is illegal unless you scan your own network/host for security purposes. All the administrator needs is to look at the logs, then you will be reported to your ISP and will have your account terminated and face legal consequences(most probably a fine, but sometimes it's worse).So play nice and enjoy your stay.
