Anways, I have PHP4, MySQL and Apache installed on my computer via PHPTriad but Im having a problem, I can't get anyone to access the site. I changed the ServerHost to my IP address rather then local host, but it still doesn't work. So if anyone has any ideas I'd be really appreciative.

try to setup dyndns and set the apache ServerName to the dyndns adress or simply to localhost.

couple of additional questions which make answering to yours easier:
do you run any firewall?
are you behind a router?
