Tr obscurity

I'm not exactly sure where this should go so I'm putting it in here, don't kill me if this isn't the correct forum =X. Anyways, Im running on Windows ME, and I installed Apache Server onto my computer in home of learning PHP while running it on my local host, and possibely using it for my own personal site. Anways, I have PHP4, MySQL and Apache installed on my computer via PHPTriad but Im having a problem, I can't get anyone to access the site. I changed the ServerHost to my IP address rather then local host, but it still doesn't work. So if anyone has any ideas I'd be really appreciative.
