It seems my email address is allergic to confirmation emails.

I entered what I thought was my password which obviously turned out to be wrong. Email sent to private email address. Only, it never arrived.

So I can't log in to my account at the moment.

If it would be possible for my password to be sent to dizequilibrium@gmail.com that would be helpful. It's not set as my email on here, but it IS my email on the CAU website, so I can prove it's me.

Plus I'm sitting on IRC as Vermillion and can yak to anyone who wants to make sure it's me lol

    Thank you in advance.

There's nothing I can do to let a reset password email into my account because apparently the email is being sent to the DNS which is swp.zapto.org and not darkspider, and there's nothing I can do to change that.

So I'm really very stuck here and need to get back into my account. I definately need help with this one.

i've reset your email to the gmail one.

as for your email setup to work again, you just need to configure your swp.zapto.org mail server to accept mail for darkspider.org.

Apparently it won't do that.... [View] [Reply] [Top]

I mean I wouldn't know how that works anyway, but it wouldn't do anything that was tried.

I'm back in now anyways. Thanks for your help. =)

or your mail server is misconfigured? :)

it bounced with the following.. trying adding your domain to the local-host-name or the equivalent for you :)

<<< 503 This mail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contact your administrator to verify that the domain or address is defined for this server.

So I'm told, but upon asking for another email to be sent with yet another reset in it, I'm told I have already asked for one, and it won't send one out.

From my expirience check the junk/spam folder in your email box. There is a high possibility to find it there (AND ALWAYS REMEMBER YOUR PASS BY HEART. WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU WANNA BROWSE CA VIA A INTERNET CAFE?)

It's not in there I have already checked.

[And I wouldn't browse CA in an Internet Cafe either. ;)]
