My sisters computer OS is win98, mcafee virus protection is only thing she has, most of the new virus protection programs ask for -win98 s.e., her computer keeps rejecting any os upgrade. ? still have not been able to identify "znccmtco.exe." as useful for anything. Only conclusion as far, -virus-, have gone into (run: msconfig- closed it out of start up) only to find that it turns itself back on, or will replace itself in the startup. It has also duplicated itself where in one case to make sure it was off i rechecked the -msconfig- to find that it was turned off, but the line underneath was the same and was selected to on. my attempts on the open web have gone in vain i get zero hits when running a search engine on this .exe file. thanks for your help in advance Tr Darkstorm777- meme

Ok, do this.
Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and run an online virus scan.
Also, go to www.downloads.com and search for AdAware or Spy Bot - Search & Destroy. Either one should help with spyware/adware.

between adaware and Spybot S&D I have found that they each find different things entirely.
