Forgot your password since the last time you logged in? The site does have a password reset feature at /my/password/. Here, you are required to enter your registered name and the private e-mail address currently in the database. It is very important to keep your private e-mail address up to date with a valid and active e-mail address.

Once the username and the private e-mail are confirmed by the server, a confirmation code is sent to your private e-mail address to verify your action. You will be asked to either enter a confirmation code or follow the confirmation link in the message.

After you have confirmed the password reset, another e-mail with your new password will be sent to your private e-mail address. You can now log into your account and reset your password via your Profile if you would like. If for whatever reason a confirmation code is not sent, please wait 48 hours and resubmit your request.

Has it been a long time since you've visited CyberArmy? Is your private e-mail address no longer valid? You will have to contact a member of the CyberArmy Staff to verify your last known account information and initiate the password reset manually.

(This link provides further information about Forgotten Passwords.)
